For employers
This isn't a perk.
It's part of your program.
Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act requires every employer to maintain a workplace violence policy, a supporting program and a risk assessment — and to review them at least annually. BOSS delivers a documented, deliverable component of that program.
Why employers book us
- Duty of care doesn't stop at the door. Your people are in parking garages, on transit, in client homes and on the road.
- It produces a record. Attendance sheets, signed waivers and a session outline you can put in a file.
- It's built for mixed rooms. Every fitness level, every age, no experience assumed.
- It travels. We come to your boardroom, warehouse or training room.
- It's taught by a recognised expert. A sixth-degree black belt and four-time world champion with forty years of instructing behind her — not a weekend-certified contractor.

Certificate of insurance
Provided before the booking, naming your organization as required.
Participant workbook
The documentation method and the personal safety plan, in writing, for every attendee to take away.
Pricing
